How To Spa at The White Lotus Spa

Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure we can allocate space for your spa treatment, please book ahead to avoid any disappointment. Just telephone our spa co-ordinator on (07) 4057 2300 to make your booking.

We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated treatment time. All treatments are completed as on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If you are late your treatment time will be reduced.

Please wear comfortable clothing to the spa. We suggest that you leave your valuables & jewellery at home. We provide a Bali style sarong to change into before your treatment. Under wear or disposables (provided) must be worn in spa packages and our therapists are trained to drape accordingly to protect your privacy at all times.

We would appreciate if all mobile phones were silent during your treatment, we want you to relax and destress during your time at the spa.

During pregnancy, please notify the staff member at time of booking to discuss available options. We only provide services for pregnancy between 12 & 35 weeks. If you have had any recent surgery (3months) or health conditions, please check if your treatment is suitable at time of booking. During your consultation let your therapist know any health concerns, so treatment can be customised accordingly. We also do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your spa treatment.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling, after this time a 50% fee is charged. Full price will be charged for no show appointments and Gift Vouchers will be void. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

At The White Lotus we offer a pick-up and drop off service to all tourist accommodation on the Northern Beaches. We ask for 24 hours notice to book your pick-up and drop off time, and this service is only applicable for treatments and packages that are over 2 hours in duration.

After your treatment we provide complimentary Balinese Jamu tea, for you to refocus and relax. We ask you to not use your mobile phone in the Tea Garden and to be as quiet as possible in consideration of other guests. Many thanks

Health Requirements

Before attending for your appointment, please inform the spa if any of the following apply. Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days?

  • Fever,
  • bodyaches,
  • headaches,
  • sore throat
  • Stay at home if you are feeling unwell

If you have answered Yes to any of the above points, please call the spa on (07) 4057 2300 for further information.

Therapies will be declined if any of the above are present.

Our Staff & Spa

  • Frequently touched areas will be cleaned regularly.
  • Sterilisation of relevant equipment will be implemented after each client.
  • Surfaces used by clients will also be cleaned between clients, this includes thorough washing of linen between client and disinfecting of face cradles and equipment.
  • Face masks are optional depending on the treatment provided, however, if a client asks for the therapist to wear a mask this can be implemented.
  • The Rest Room will be disinfected after each use.
